Cheeky lil’ salad topping

I often make myself a salad for lunch and I love changing things up a bit – therefore I’ve started making these crunchy chickpeas and they can really make the most basic salad interesting – and the best thing is they’re soooo easy to make!
All you’ll need is the following ingredients:

  • 250 g of boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tsp. of smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp. of cumin
  • 2 tsp. of oregano
  • 1 tsp. finely diced chili or chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • salt

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and pour them into a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After 20-25 minutes take the baking pan out of the oven and let the chickpeas cool on the counter. When the chickpeas are cool you can serve them as a salad topping or put them in pita bread instead of chicken or other kinds of meat – it can also be served as a healthier snack instead of peanuts or chips.
